10 Ways to Relax your Mind
March 6, 2015

This message is so pertinent to all of us who find our lives busy yet productive.  A former client gave this to me in a card and it has such words of wisdom I felt compelled to pass it along:

Take time to work,

It is the price of success.

Take time to think,

It is the source of power.

Take time to play,

It is the secret of perpetual youth.

Take time to read,

It is the foundation of wisdom.

Take time to be friendly,

It is the road to happiness.

Take time to love and be loved,

It is the privilege of the gods.

Take time to share,

Life is too short to be selfish.

Take time to laugh,

Laughter is the music of the soul.

This is wonderful and life would be better if we all took this sage advice.  I would add one thing, however, and that is:

Take time to manage your burdens,

It is the mark of true health and happiness.
