This is such a horrific time we are living through and we all are having some extreme feelings. Most people I talk with are dealing with two stronger emotions: anxiety (fear) and sadness (grief). These are totally normal at this time and it is important to share your feelings with close others for what you will find is that each of us are feeling those things as well.

I came across an article that I wanted to share with you all as it is so accurate to what we are experiencing. I would typically tell you all to enjoy the article but today I will say only read it and understand that you are not alone in this. Let us all find some peace today.
