The TRUTH about LYING
July 24, 2014

So many people are either unaware of how they are feeling or are just too uncomfortable dealing with feelings that they avoid each feeling that comes to their conscious mind.  Here is a helpful list for you to practice honoring your feelings daily.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT TODAY I FEEL:

Sad  •  Happy  •  Lonely  •  Winsome  •  Vulnerable  •  Beautiful  •  Delicious

• Like a Toad  •  Fantastic  •  Pessimistic  •  As Light As Air  •  Moody  •  Sorry  •

Guilty  •  Forgiving  •  Forgetful  •  Impatient  •  Important  •  Like A Kid  •  Too Fat

• Like Royalty •  Serpentine  •  Frantic  •  Sensual  •  Sensory  •  Skinny  •

Loving  •  Aggravated •  Nauseous  •  Fascinating  •  Motivated  •  Regretful  •  Dopey

 •  Sentimental  •  Absent-Minded  •  Bored   •  Pesky •  Tenacious •  Cautious  •

Awesome  •  Bodacious  •  Cool   •  Gracious •  Determined  •  Depressed •  Arrogant

 •  Pitiful    •  Grandiose •  Romantic   •  Petrified   •  Peaceful  •  Distraught  •  Angry  •

Lonely •  Tired   •  Mournful  •  Affectionate  •  Bashful  •  Paranoid  •  Blissful  •  Tender

•  Timid  •  Sensational  •  Provocative  •  Inspired •  Silly  •  Serious •  Hopeless  •

Unhappy  •  Ashamed  •  Anxious •  Kind •  Superficial  •  Dependent  •  Thankful

Feelings, unlike thoughts, involve a total body reaction.  Feelings are influenced by your thoughts and perceptions.  Feelings are what give you energy.  Feelings are often contagious.  It is especially important to learn to express rather than withhold what you feel.  The important first step is to become aware of and identify your feelings.  This is honoring your feelings.
