Your Theme Song

Are you aware that our bodies are very sensitive to sound when we first awake?  So it makes sense to turn on your favorite music as your alarm clock.  What if you set your alarm clock to be your “theme song”?  How might that change your day?

Every one of us has had the experience of feeling wonderful when we hear a particular song – regardless of what we “attach” the song to in our life.  We want to sing along, we feel happy and our energy seems to rise!  Oh, what a marvelous feeling that is!

By finding a song that transports you to a “different place” you are able to be, and do, MORE!  It helps you to find your power source, clear your thinking and gives you the confidence to reach for your goals.

So how do you go about “finding” your theme song?  Start by doing the following: Listen to lots of music and pay attention to how it makes you FEEL!  Consider what the lyrics are saying and how these relate to you and your life!  Evaluate what your goals are – what you hope to accomplish – and determine if this particular song will help you to get “there”!

Our “theme song” is as personal and unique as we are so please take your time in considering your song.  The “uplift” will be worth it to you as you navigate through life!
