You all remember the phrase, “It takes a village”? Well it takes a team to keep a business strong and serving customers effectively. So here are some issues to consider when being a team member:
- Think “we” not “me”
- Be ready to help at a moments notice
- Share information
- Recognize what others have to offer
- Remain positive with a “can do” attitude
- Keep your eyes on the team “vision”
- Respect your teammates, listen with your whole body
- Thank teammates for their contributions
- Celebrate achievements
- Repeat as necessary
