If we focus on what we don’t have, we will never have enough.

Instead, be thankful for what we do have because it’s everything we need.

Be thankful when we don’t know something,

For it gives us the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for difficult times,

During those times we grow.

Be thankful for our limitations,

They give us opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge,

These will build our strength and character.

Be thankful for our mistakes,

They will teach us valuable lessons.

What are you thankful for?  Try to make a point of doing a gratitude survey daily.  It is amazing how your attitude changes when taking a few moments to do this simple task.

“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgiving, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.”  —   William Arthur Ward
