New Year’s Eve: Party Time?
December 28, 2013Sentiments of Friendship
January 11, 2014Journaling is one of the most therapeutic activities in your life. It can help you to know yourself better, define your passions, and be more aware of yourself and your surroundings: and resolve life issues from both a heart and head perspective.
Writing is the most telling and personal way to share ones self. Write about feelings, hopes, dreams and disappointments. BE HONEST! Do not worry about spelling or grammar. What is important is to search inside yourself, get your thoughts out and express who you are inside.
Journaling will enhance your life and well-being; whether you laugh or cry; experience the pain of sorrow or the splendor or joy; journaling will help you to more fully understand yourself. By writing and tracking your life, you will gain a richer, deeper understanding or who you are and your place in the world.
Getting started is the hard part, but once you journal for a few days, it will be difficult to stop. We want you to be write-minded — that you think about writing. That it is important to write because you are important.
Your story needs to be told and you are the only one who has been granted total access.
Only you know the intimate details of your life — your story. Write about what you know and want to know better. Be write minded! You can be confident that your ideas, observations, emotions and writings will be accepted without criticism or judgment.
Record your thoughts each day no matter how hectic life is. Strive to be write minded and know that you have a friend at the end of the pen.
“The nicest part is being able to write down all my thoughts and feelings; otherwise, I might suffocate.” – Anne Frank
