Courage Engaged
August 5, 2016Loneliness
September 7, 2016How often do you hear people say, “I can’t,”? Unfortunately, it happens way too often in our daily lives. There are so many more things we CAN do than we CANNOT do! It is time to start paying attention to the “can do” items.
So what holds people back? It is low self-esteem, addiction, lack of desire, depression, anxiety, anhedonia, or some other “hard to define darkness” that robs us of our belief in our own ability! It is time to change our attitudes about what we CAN do and get to the achievement stage! So…
If you believe that the entire universe is conspiring to give you everything you want then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you are able to live less out of habit and more out of intent then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you understand that pain is real but so is hope then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you believe that a mind stretched by a new experience can never go back to the way it was before then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you believe that your heart is kind, your mind is fierce and your spirit is brave then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you believe that settling for crumbs doesn’t keep you fed, it keeps you starved then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you believe that great things never came from comfort zones then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you don’t want ordinary as it is not your nature then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you do not tolerate disrespect even from yourself then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you believe the ocean can calm itself and you can as well then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
If you believe that everything you are learning is preparing you for something else then you have to say, “Actually I can!”
I do, so…” Actually I can!”
Please share with me if you believe in yourself, too! Because I also believe “Actually YOU can!”
